This house was beautiful! It truly felt like a home away from home. Katie did an amazing job of creating a welcoming and elegant environment. We were a group of girlfriends who have been friends & raised our kids together for over 20 years. This was the perfect place to celebrate our annual getaway weekend. It would also be perfect for families with kids. The bunkroom was not only super functional, but it was very comfortable, even for adults!
This is definitely a house I will book again. And on top of everything, Katie was a gracious and accommodating host!

We cannot say enough about how much we loved staying at Katie's home! It was spacious, clean, and family friendly. Katie was responsive and took great care of us. Carlton Landing made for a fantastic getaway- much of that being due to Katie's accommodations and hospitality. Clean bathrooms, linens, and exactly as described. We loved bringing our kids here- Katie had pack&plays, high chairs, toys, and books all available for them. Thank you, Katie!

I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnB’s, but never one so well appointed! The home had everything you could think of and all the things you could possibly forget. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of appliances, cookware, utensils, and serving ware.

Katie was an excellent host and checked in on us before we ever reached out.

If Carlton Landing is your vibe, this is a great house! Access to the golf carts is necessary, which makes the stay at this location better than others. The basement rec room was not super usable as the smell of dirt/construction was strong. (It is a slightly unfinished room) Access to a toy closet with lots of toys and books for 6 and under was a plus.

we gathered for a girls/mom weekend at Katie's beautiful home. we walked in and the home is beautifully designed and decorated. the open floorplan allowed for our large group to all gather in one place.

we spent the first night on the back porch grilling out.

second day we enjoyed one of the three pools offered in Carlton landing and spent some time driving around on the golf carts to enjoy the cute little town. evening with a fire pit right out front and mornings on front porch drinking coffee!

the home had everything we need and more. the beds were all very comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 11 to sleep comfortably.

you can tell they've thought of everything to host large groups with all they provide in their home. we reached out needing a few things and Katie was quick and responsive!

would absolutely stay again!!!

We had a great time at Katie’s place. Perfect for our family of 6 adults, plus a 3yr old and a 1yr old. The two golf carts were perfect for all of us getting around at Carlton Landing. She had everything we needed, and if we had any issue or problem, she took care if it immediately.

We visited this location for a high school girlfriend's trip. The house was just as described and beautiful! Everything that we needed in the house seemed to be there from beach towels to blenders! We did a lot of cooking and everything that we needed was found in the kitchen and pantry. The location is so pretty. We took walks in the evening throughout Carlton Landing and it was so peaceful. There seems to be lots to do there during the weekends! We enjoyed the pool areas especially. Katie was so helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had. We would definitely return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay here! It was a perfect place for a relaxing bachelorette weekend! It fit all 13 of us very nicely, and had a great large couch. Perfect for a movie night! There were lots of fun things to do in Carlton Landing, and great places to take photos! Katy was very accommodating and friendly

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. We loved being able to use the golf carts.

Everything about our stay was just perfect! The home is beautifully appointed, comfortable and in an ideal location in charming Carlton Landing! Katie was such a wonderful host and made sure that we were well taken care of during our visit!

I cannot say good enough things about this place and Katie. She was so sweet and responsive with everything. The house was AMAZING and toddler approved. So many toys and things to do for the kids. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you may need. House was clean and beds were so comfy! I will definitely be returning 🥰

We had a great time at this home. Wouldn’t change a thing! Golf carts are 100% fun and made the trip so enjoyable. Beds and linens are so comfortable. Kitchen has everything we needed. The home was inviting and beautifully decorated!

Wish we had known the lower level is only accessible from outside, but we didn’t use it anyways.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for Father's Day weekend. The home was very well appointed, beautiful design/decor, and had all the "extras" that a family with young children needs. It is in a perfect location close to the water and all the activities. We could come back in a heartbeat!

My team and I had such a wonderful time at your beautiful home while in town working. PICTs don’t do it justice! Tastefully decorated, lots of little extras available like condiments etc

Location Location Location! Extremely close to everything important! Very Cozy and very Clean. The golf carts were a huge advantage despite the fact that everything is within a short walk. We cooked for every meal and there is not one thing missing in that kitchen. We felt like cooking at home.

Naturally the huge front porch swing was my wife’s favorite place to perch up and read while drinking her morning coffee. The kids obviously loved the lower level room off the back patio with the ping pong table. This leads to my favorite part, that the ping pong table”kinds play room” was basically completely separate from the main living area, leaving the main house peaceful and quiet.

I reached out to Katie a few times about minor issues and she responded within minutes alleviating any issues we had. (Ps: Master Bath Tub- Hot water is the right handle. Ha ha.

This place is brilliant. Don’t pass it up!

House and location were perfect for our stay. The house is in a very quiet section of CL and was so peaceful. We loved sitting on the porch swings in the mornings to drink coffee and how close it is to the food trucks, Mama Tigs, and beach area. Also a very short walk to the pool. The house is immaculate.

Incredible home with everything you could ask for! The 2 golf carts were amazing to have. We just wished we could’ve stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful from start to finish!

Our stay at Katie’s home in Carlton Landing was perfect for the whole family! My daughters will be talking about the bunk room and the golf carts for months. My favorite part was the walkability of the town, the relaxing front porch, and spending the afternoon at the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed- even toys for my girls to play with and scooters to ride around town! We can’t wait to go back during the summer to take advantage of the pools, lake, and restaurants/food trucks available.
